Bruce Wayne, or Batman, whichever you choose to call him, has glaringly obvious similarities to Jesus Christ.
Both are the sole saviours of their respective people (Jesus the world, and Bruce Gotham City), both are strong leaders with a strict moral code, both have large followings (Jesus has every practitioner of the Christian faith and Batman has comic lovers all over the world), both have a message they want to spread, etc.
Really there is too much to say about these two, they are so similar.

Dick Grayson and Saint Peter.
Dick is oftentimes considered to be Batman’s “golden boy.” He was the first Robin, he overtook the mantle of Batman in Bruce’s absence, he is an amazing leader and upholder of the Batman legacy.
Saint Peter on the other hand, was one of Jesus’ 12 disciples. He was one of the very first called to learn the teachings of Jesus, and after the crucifixion of Jesus he became one of the first leaders of the early Christian church.
Another thing these two have in common is their denial of their respective mentors at one point or another.
Dick left Batman and formed his own identity during his late teens. They did not part ways on good terms with one another, and this remained their relationship for years (both in comics and real life).
Saint Peter famously denied knowing Jesus three times at the time of his sentencing. He didn’t want to be associated with a criminal, and thus feigned ignorance when asked about his relationship to the man.
Both of them, however, rekindled their relationships with their mentors; Nightwing is one of Batman’s greatest partners, and Saint Peter helped to further the spread of Jesus’ teaching after his death.

A comparison could be made between either Damian or Jason, and Judas.
Both Damian and Jason have a unique set of morals compared to their father’s.
They aren’t afraid to kill if they believe that it will further along their mission.
They have also both, time and time again, betrayed Batman’s trust in one way or another.
Again an example of this is, “Damian assembled a new group of Teen Titans to capture and imprison villains who have a habit of breaking out of Arkham Asylum. This plan ended with Damian killing Brother Blood, Red Arrow killing Deathstroke, and the Titans losing faith in their leader. Making matters worse were Damian's attempts to kill KGBeast after the villain tried to assassinate Nightwing.” (https://screenrant.com/damian-wayne-quits-robin-dc-comics/)
They are both very emotionally driven characters. When they get a strong feeling to do something, even if it means severing their ties to the Bat-Family completely, they’ll do it without a second thought.
Judas is the disciple who sold Jesus out to the Sanhedrin; a betrayal which resulted in his death.
Now, whereas Damian and Jason repeatedly betray Batman due to their own belief of the ‘greater good,’ Judas just gave Jesus up because he was scared.
The idea of the follower gone bad trope still rings true for all of these characters, tho.

Thomas and Martha Wayne could be an in-direct parallel to God.
The Waynes were murdered in an alleyway by a petty crook named Joe Chill, thus leaving their 8 year old son, Bruce, to mourn their deaths alone.
Due to this event early in his life, Bruce formed a jaded view of the world and made it his own personal mission to ensure that “no eight year old boy will ever lose his parents...because of some punk with a gun.”

Unintentionally, Thomas and Martha created the saviour of Gotham City, much in the same way that God sent out Jesus to save humanity.

The Joker is a good representative of the Devil.
Batman and The Joker have a never ending fight going on for dominance over good and evil, just like God/Jesus and the Devil.
The Joker is also chaos personified. He has no rhyme or reason for what he does, his only objective is to cause as much damage and misery as possible, hence the reason he “hardly ever looks at his victims. He is so ruthless that he doesn’t care enough to look at who he’s killing.” (https://cheezburger.com/1089285/18-facts-about-the-joker-that-prove-hes-the-most-evil-supervillain-of-them-all)
Satan, in a similar way, only cares about the anarchy that he unleashes into the world. It is of no concern to him who he torments, all that matters is that someone is suffering.
